By accessing the FimAGogo platform via our website, mobile app, TV app, or any other official interface, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unreservedly accepted these General Terms of Use (hereinafter "TOU").

If you do not accept these terms, you must immediately stop using our services. Use of the service constitutes full acceptance of these TOU, as well as our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

FimAGogo reserves the right to modify these TOU at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. We will notify you by email of any material changes at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These TOU apply to any natural or legal person using FimAGogo services, regardless of status (free user, paid subscriber, partner) and regardless of access country, within the bounds of applicable local laws.

FimAGogo is accessible 24/7, subject to scheduled maintenance or unforeseen technical incidents. We strive to maintain monthly availability above 99.5%.

Access Conditions

This service is not intended for individuals under 13 years old (or the legal age in your country).

Have a functional internet connection (recommended minimum: 5 Mbit/s for HD, 25 Mbit/s for 4K)

Use a compatible device: up-to-date web browser, iOS 15+, Android 8+, tvOS 14+, Android TV 9+ app

Reside in a country where FimAGogo is available (see full list on our website)

Using a VPN or any geo-spoofing tool to access content not available in your country of residence is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.

FimAGogo may limit, suspend, or interrupt service access for maintenance, critical updates, force majeure, or any situation deemed necessary by FimAGogo, without compensation.

Using FimAGogo requires creating a personal account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities carried out under your account.

Account Security

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information upon registration

Your password must contain at least 8 characters, including uppercase, lowercase, and numbers

An account is strictly personal and cannot be shared, assigned, or sold to a third party

Each subscription allows a limited number of simultaneous streams according to the chosen plan (1, 2, or 5 screens)

FimAGogo may require identity verification in case of suspected fraud, abnormal activity, or refund requests. FimAGogo declines all liability for damages resulting from the user's failure to comply with security obligations.

FimAGogo is a platform that allows access to ad-free online websites. We do not own, create, or assume responsibility for third-party broadcast content. All titles, images, trailers, logos, and associated media remain the exclusive property of their respective rights holders — studios, producers, distributors, and independent creators.

We do not guarantee the availability of external streams or the absence of bugs.

Unauthorized Uses of Content

Recording, screen capturing, or duplicating any part of the broadcast content

Redistributing, publicly broadcasting, or sharing with third parties, whether for pay or for free

Commercial use, exploitation, or modification of content without prior written consent

Bypassing technical protection measures (DRM) embedded in the content

By using FimAGogo, you agree not to perform any of the following actions:

Attempting unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or databases

Using bots, automated scripts, or web scraping tools on the platform

Publishing, transmitting, or distributing any illegal, defamatory, hateful, obscene, or infringing content

Impersonating another person or entity

Introducing viruses, malware, or any malicious code into the platform

Collecting personal data of other users without their consent

Creating multiple accounts to bypass restrictions or fraudulently claim trial offers

Failure to comply with these obligations may result in immediate and permanent account suspension without refund, and may lead to legal action.

FimAGogo makes every effort to ensure service quality and continuity, but cannot guarantee perfect availability or the complete absence of errors.

Limitation of Liability

FimAGogo is not liable for indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service

FimAGogo is not responsible for the content of broadcasted works, which is the sole responsibility of their creators

FimAGogo is not responsible for the quality of your internet connection or the performance of your hardware

The user is solely responsible for their use of the service and the content accessed. The user agrees to hold FimAGogo harmless against any third-party claims arising from their use of the service.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access remains active until the end of the current billing period.

FimAGogo reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account, with or without notice, in cases of:

Violation of these TOU or any related policy

Non-payment or repeated payment failure

Fraudulent or suspected fraudulent activity

Court order or injunction from a competent authority

In the event of termination, no refund will be issued for the remaining period. Your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
